About Oleno

How many times can you introduce the same company?

A new writer, a new agency, another AI chat. Each needs the positioning, product facts and decisions behind the work. We built Oleno so B2B SaaS teams can maintain that knowledge and make it available to the people and compatible tools doing the job.

Why we built Oleno

“I’ll send you the brief” sounds simple enough.

A marketing team knows which buyers matter, why the product is different, what a feature really does and which customer stories support the claims. The answers are spread across strategy decks, product documents, old briefs, meeting notes and the person everyone asks.

Then a writer, an agency or an AI tool starts a new assignment. Someone collects the company story from all those places. The next contributor finds a different version. By review time, an outdated product detail is already in the draft, and someone has to explain what changed.

Better writing software could help with the draft. We needed a better way to maintain the information behind it.

How Oleno works today

Give the next person somewhere to start.

Keep positioning, product facts, buyer context, competitors, evidence, messaging and brand guidance together. Your team approves what’s current. Authorized people and compatible AI tools can retrieve the parts they need for the assignment in front of them.

Keep the company story current

Maintain approved market, product, buyer and brand knowledge, including the details that changed since the last launch.

Bring it into the next assignment

Bring relevant records into Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and other compatible tools through permissioned MCP.

Give the draft a proper review

Your people and AI tools do the writing, design and production. Review the result against the company facts and the brief.

Some decisions still belong to you.

Your strategy needs an owner.

AI can help create the work. Your team maintains and approves the market position, product promises and competitive story it should work from.

Keep the tools you like.

Your writer might prefer Claude. Someone else works in ChatGPT or Codex. People and compatible AI tools should be able to use the same current company knowledge without moving every assignment into one writing tool.

A good sentence can still be wrong.

People decide what the company should say and whether the work gets it right. Oleno keeps the positioning, product information and proof available for that review.

The founder

Daniel Hebert built Oleno after years of sales and marketing work with B2B SaaS teams and founders. Across early-stage companies, growing teams and consulting engagements, the same thing kept happening: the company knew its market and product better than the work coming out of its tools.

Oleno started with making researched content easier to produce. The bigger opportunity became clear as teams began using more AI tools and more contributors. The positioning, product knowledge, buyer understanding and proof needed to live somewhere people could keep current and reuse.

That's what we're building: a place for the company to keep its marketing strategy, processes and saved work useful as the people and tools change.

Founded in 2025. Based in Canada.

“Here’s the background” shouldn’t be your full-time job.

Keep the company story, product facts and decisions somewhere the next contributor can find them.
