Keep marketing consistent across people and AI tools

We changed that. Where is it still showing up?

Your team has agreed on the new positioning. Now it needs to reach the next brief, agency assignment and AI chat. Keep the approved category, buyer priorities and messages in Oleno, then decide which existing assets need to catch up.

Reusing a good deck can bring back an old story.

Someone opens last quarter’s pitch because the structure worked. An agency starts from the previous brief because it already has the background. A saved prompt still names the old category. The rollout needs to account for those useful copies, as well as the document where you announced the change.

Illustrative rollout: future retrieval and existing outside assets are separate

Current approved positioning

An authorized contributor retrieves the current approved record for the next assignment.

Owners review existing pages, decks and prompts separately, then update them in the tools where they live.

Positioning rollout: how you use it

  1. 01

    Make the change specific

Update the positioning and the messages that follow from it. Spell out which old claims or buyer assumptions should stop appearing in new work.

  2. 02

Use the next assignment to put it to work

Ask contributors and permitted MCP clients to retrieve the relevant current records. Check that the new positioning changes the brief, not just its opening paragraph.

  3. 03

    Assign the older assets

Choose the pages, decks, partner briefs and prompts that need attention. Give each an owner to review and update it in its own tool.

Make the decision usable after the workshop.

Your team has a current reference for the next assignment and a clear basis for explaining what needs to change. The rollout can move beyond sharing a new document to checking the work customers and buyers actually see.

Updating governance does not retroactively rewrite outside assets or previous AI conversations.

The old story has a very reusable slide deck.

Use the current positioning for new briefs, with clear owners for the decks and pages that still need changing.
