Claude + Oleno MCP

Give Claude the brief you’d give a good colleague.

Tell Claude what you’re making, then ask it to retrieve the positioning, buyer research, product facts and brand guidance it needs from Oleno. You can spend the conversation working on the story with the company’s current information in view.

“Write a sales deck” leaves a few questions open.

Who is buying? What are they weighing up? Which differences matter to them, and what can you prove? Ask Claude for the relevant buyer criteria, positioning and evidence before shaping the narrative. For a product explanation, start with the feature mechanics and limits. The assignment determines which records are useful.

Ask for the company context

An authorized Claude connection can retrieve supported records within its permissions. Ask for the information the work needs before drafting. You can check what it retrieved and whether it answers the questions in your brief.

Make changes deliberately

If you ask Claude to propose a supported record or content update, review the preview and confirm the action. Its connection needs the required permissions. Working through a new idea in the chat and changing the company record remain separate steps.

Read the result as the buyer would

Does the narrative answer the buyer’s question? Are the claims supported by the sources? Review the work in Claude or the destination tool before using it. Oleno does not automatically inspect external outputs or bring updated records into earlier conversations.

You develop the narrative in Claude and build the deck in your presentation tool.

Review the final story and claims yourself before using the deck.

The company context belongs with the rest of the team, too.

Authorized people and compatible ChatGPT, Codex and other MCP clients can request the context for their assignments. Keep the shared knowledge in Oleno while the team chooses where to work. Each connection still needs permission and a request; retrieval does not retrain the model or automatically enforce the strategy.

Claude wasn’t at the positioning workshop.

Ask it to retrieve your positioning, product facts and buyer context from Oleno before drafting.
