Keep marketing consistent across people and AI tools
Could you show me how you got that?
You’ve found a way to get useful work out of your AI tool. When a teammate wants to try it, give them the process, company context and saved decisions behind the result. Oleno keeps those pieces available across compatible tools, so you can share more than a prompt.
The instructions changed along the way.
The first prompt got you started. A correction halfway through fixed the product explanation. A file added later supplied the evidence. Sending the opening prompt leaves out what made the result work; sending the whole conversation leaves the next person to find it.

The next contributor requests the relevant context and selected saved work, then continues in their own tool.
Check the retrieved brief, decisions and next step before continuing. Review how the tool applies the context.
Existing AI workflows: how you use it
01
Keep the repeatable parts
Use a Play to record the starting information, instructions, examples and review points. Choose the steps another person could follow for a similar job.
02
Bring in current company context
Ask the compatible AI tool to retrieve the relevant Oleno records through MCP. Use only the actions its connection permits and the apps it has access to.
03
Save a clear place to continue
Save the selected brief, drafts, sources, decisions and next step. The next person and AI tool need access to the saved work and its sources.
A useful method someone else can follow.
Keep working in the AI setup you prefer. Oleno gives the reusable process and company knowledge a maintained home, while saved work shows what has already been decided. A teammate can see how to continue without reconstructing every turn that got you there.
MCP does not retrain the model or automatically insert every record. The client must request and apply the context. Handoffs carry selected saved work, not the whole chat.
You sent the prompt. The useful bit happened later.
Save the steps as a Play and selected drafts, sources and decisions for whoever picks it up next.
